I made these pretzel bites from Life Blessons. It seemed like a pretty straightforward recipe and had a very warm reception from the teens that scarfed them down in about 15 minutes one Sunday night at my house. They were soft, and I make no qualms about having eaten them Saturday night for dinner! I made an experimental cheese dipping sauce from a roux, and would love to know if anyone has made one successfully, as mine turned out a little grainy from the flour. I’ll readily admit I am no roux expert.
