My new year’s resolution was “blog & jog“. So far I’ve been doing alright (12 lbs down!), lately I’ve been doing a little better due to some accountability with my friends that also use the little bracelet that counts steps. My Fitbit is pretty easy to use, is unobtrusive and matches with just about anything (my main concern 🙂 ). Things I do not like: it looks like a watch, feels like a watch, but you can’t tell time with it. A small but helpful improvement. When you’re looking for it there should be a “find me” setting. As I lost it for over a week when it slipped off. Constantly thinking about what I’m doing has helped my focus on being healthier. What is your best exercise accountability?
